Are you our new part-time barista at Clever Café?

As a part-time barista at Clever Café you get the opportunity to work in a flexible and social working environment alongside studies, hobbies or other commitments.

The hours will typically be around 8 hours per week and will be distributed between weekdays and weekends, with the possibility to arrange extra shifts as needed.

At Clever Café we create a new kind of break along the highway. A break with calm in the space, food with meaning and coffee that actually tastes of something. We re-think food and coffee on the go, with a focus on quality, consideration and presence – and we are looking for you who would like to be part of that experience.

Working hours will be between 07:30 and 18:30.

We are looking for part-time baristas with an interest in coffee brewing and latte art, who are passionate about giving guests a great experience.

At Clever Café, guests are greeted by a host – not a machine. Therefore presence, service and good energy are an important part of the role.

Your tasks will include

• Brewing high-quality coffee.
• Serving guests and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on the go.
• Taking orders and clearing tables.
• Preparing food and ensuring the café presents a welcoming appearance.
• Assisting with stock management and daily operations.
• Being part of a dedicated team where we help each other and create great experiences together.

As a part-time barista you are just as important a part of the team as a full-time barista, and the same standards apply. You will be trained in coffee brewing from “farm to table”, including manual brewing methods, preparation, espresso preparation, latte art and quality control.
