Our portfolio of commercial properties for sale or lease spans widely in the area, and today we advise clients in retail, offices, warehousing, logistics and investment. Our product catalog naturally includes the sale of commercial properties, but also advisory services, sparring and optimization in a broad range of investments and realization as well as succession planning.

You will become part of a strong and well-functioning team based in Slagelse, which consists of a solid circle of partners well supported by experienced commercial broker forces as well as a well-functioning sales coordination team. The team supports you in relation to the professional sparring on clients and cases and eases the administrative tasks, so you can concentrate as much as possible on the proactive sales work.

Fundamentally you possess the hunger, courage and desire to become an active part of our collective success. Your primary task is to undertake efforts that bring commercial properties for sale as well as leasing or appraisal tasks into the business. Subsequently, you are to sell and lease commercial properties in West Zealand. We would like your previous professional background and personality to be characterized by:

• Experience from a similar job in the brokerage industry either as a commercial broker or other relevant B2B sales background from bank, mortgage institute or sales and advisory company.
• A unique B2B network on West Zealand as well as the desire and abilities to build long-term relationships with companies and property investors.
• Documented sales results that clearly show that you are able to achieve outstanding results in a strongly competitive market.
• A strong winning mentality, which means that you go the famous extra mile to win and close a case.
• A strong value base built on a high degree of diligence, integrity and good commercial sense.
