We are looking for an engaged student assistant for People and Corporate Legal at our office in Carlsbergbyen. You will primarily be part of People, where you help answer questions from our leaders and employees, handle operational HR tasks and develop the AI tools that make us even better.

Who will your closest colleagues be?

We are a small and professionally strong team, working closely with the rest of the organization. With us there is room to breathe, an informal atmosphere and room for humor and diversity. You get freedom with responsibility and help when you need it.

Your nearest manager is Amalie, Director of Corporate Legal & People, and in daily work you will work closely with People Partner Christina and the rest of the team.

What will you be spending your time on?

Your primary tasks lie within employment law and HR operations. Your tasks will include, among other things:

🔄 Support on- and offboarding and the administrative tasks across the employee journey, from first to last day

💬 Spar with our leaders and employees within employment law, e.g. vacation, parental leave and illness. We are covered by Finanssektorens standardoverenskomst, so you will also become well acquainted with it. The questions range widely, and no two days are the same

🤖 Develop and further develop AI agents and tools that streamline and improve our internal processes

📅 Contribute to projects with legal advice, planning and facilitation, e.g. AI training in the organization and implementation of the salary transparency directive and the processes that follow

⚖️ In the long term, and depending on how far you are in your studies, you may also take on tasks within Corporate Legal, e.g. contract formation and review of collaboration agreements

What do we hope you bring to your toolbox?

💼 Interest in employment law and experience with the topic from your studies and preferably also from work experience

🤝 Interest in HR and a desire to work with the administrative part of the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding

💡 Interest in and willingness to further develop and create AI tools that make us even better

🔍 Curiosity, a desire for a varied everyday life and the ability to take ownership of your tasks

🇩🇰 You write and speak fluent Danish

🇬🇧 You have good English skills, both written and spoken

🎓 You are studying law at a higher education program (bachelor or master)

Nice to

📜 Interest in corporate legal, including marketing law, contract law and general business law, and experience with the topic from your studies and preferably also from work experience

🛠️ Experience with AI tools and technology

The position is 15 hours per week, and we will adapt the working hours to your studies. The employment is temporary until and including June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

If you go on to a second interview, you will need to prepare a small case so we can get to know you even better. Here you will meet, in addition to Amalie, Christina, who is People Partner.
