At Imerco's customer service in Herlev you will be the person customers meet when they have questions about, among other things, orders, delivery and the membership club. Together with your colleagues you help ensure a good customer experience.

We are recruiting on behalf of Imerco an engaged customer service representative for a part-time fixed-term position of 20-25 hours per week, starting in late August and until December 23, 2026. There are good opportunities for extension after the temporary contract ends.

You will be part of a dedicated team where collaboration, sparring and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life. Each morning the team starts the day together and distributes the day's tasks, so everyone is well prepared to help customers in the best possible way.

Your responsibilities

As a customer service representative you will be the customers' first contact when they have questions about, among other things, orders, delivery, returns and Imerco's loyalty club. You answer inquiries via phone and email and help create safe and positive customer experiences.

Your main tasks will be to

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with questions about orders, changes and returns.
• Provide guidance on delivery status and stock inquiries.
• Answer questions about Imerco's loyalty club.
• Ensure a professional, welcoming and positive customer experience.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who

• Thrive in and have experience with customer contact and are motivated by helping others.
• Are service-minded, approachable and solution-oriented.
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview – even when the pace is high.
• Communicate fluently in Danish and can operate in English – both spoken and written.
• Are comfortable with IT. Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Navision is an advantage, but not a requirement, as you will receive thorough training.
• Can work 20-25 hours per week and have the possibility to work full-time (37 hours per week) in late November and December, when there is extra busy time up to Black Friday and Christmas.

Practical information

• Employment period: Start in late August through to December 23, 2026.
• Workplace address: Smedeholm 16, 2730 Herlev.
• Working hours: 20-25 hours per week. In and late November and December it is expected that you can work full-time (37 hours per week).
• In the low season (February to October) the working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. In peak season (November and December - including Black Friday and Christmas) the working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, and between 08:00 and 16:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
• You should expect a weekend shift roughly every third weekend, and you will receive a rota in advance.
