RenTid is a growing company, and we are looking for an experienced cleaner who is highly skilled at their profession and wants to develop further.

Perhaps you have many years of experience in cleaning, private homes, commercial cleaning, quality control or coordination. Or perhaps you simply know that you have more to offer than you currently get the opportunity to show .

You will be hired as a cleaner – not as a manager, supervisor or director.

You start alongside everyone else, working directly with our customers and the cleaning itself.

• Whether you take responsibility
• Whether you have what it takes to grow with RenTid

We don't know in advance.

That depends on you.

As RenTid grows, new opportunities will arise. The right person can gradually take on more responsibility, such as:

• Responsibility for specific customers
• Quality control

💰 YOU START WITH A GOOD SALARY

We offer a good and fair salary from day one .

But we are also honest: You will not start on a director's salary.

Management responsibility, higher salary levels, private use of a company car, company phone and other benefits are not automatic.

They are things you work your way towards.

🧹 YOUR INITIAL ROLE

First and foremost, you need to be able to do the most important thing

Clean.

You will work at customer locations in Aarhus and the surrounding areas , including private homes and commercial clients.

You must be able to work professionally and independently and understand that our customers expect a result they can be proud of.

At RenTid, cleaning is not something to rush through.

It has to be done properly.

You should have an eye for detail, take responsibility and take pride in meeting RenTid's standards.

• Have a valid Category B driving licence
• Be able to get to and from work in Aarhus independently
• Be comfortable with possible weekend work
• Speak, understand, read, and write English 🇬🇧

If you do not have a Category B licence or do not want to drive, this position is not for you.

⭐ EXPERIENCE MATTERS

We are looking for someone with extensive experience cleaning private homes . If you do not have this experience, this position is not for you.

Experience with commercial cleaning is a clear advantage.

You should already understand professional cleaning principles and be able to work efficiently without compromising quality.

At RenTid, we don't cut corners. We do things properly.

Experience alone is not enough.

⏱️ THE FIRST 3 MONTHS

The first 3 months are a probationary period in accordance with applicable Danish employment law .

This is a period where both you and RenTid can determine whether we are the right match.

• How you treat customers
• How you work with colleagues
• How you respond to feedback
• Whether you take responsibility
• Whether you want to learn
• Whether you have the drive we are looking for

If the answer is yes, these first three months could be the beginning of something much bigger.

📍 WORKING AREA

The position is primarily based in Aarhus and the surrounding areas .

You must be able to travel to and from work and be comfortable working at different customer locations.

RenTid provides a car for you or your team during working hours.
