We are looking for a teaching assistant for our kindergarten department. For us, the most important thing is not what is on your CV, but how you meet the children. We believe that good relationships are the foundation for children's well-being, development and learning, and that the most important craft in working with children is the ability to create safety, trust and meaningful communities.

In our kindergarten, the work is not primarily about activities, plans or programs. It is about people.

Some days you are on the floor in role play. Other days you help gather a group of children around a creative project, a story or a shared idea. You will experience that no days are the same, but common to them all is that relationships come first.
