At Henvi Huset Dagnæs we are looking for an educator who will grasp the children's ideas, create safe relationships and open the door to new adventures.

With us, play is part of your professional practice. We are looking for someone who can become a space captain, build dens and go on explorations for small animals - and at the same time notice the child who stands a bit on the outside. You know when to give play a gentle push, and when to let the children lead.

We are a small, integrated house in Horsens with close relationships and a green profile. The playground, the local environment and our hens give space for curiosity, movement and dirt under the nails.

You get room to put your mark on daily life and colleagues who want to brainstorm, develop practice and laugh with you. We help each other across the house, have management close by and a close collaboration with the parents.

• Is a trained educator and passionate about preschool children and play.
• Contributes energy and creativity and translates ideas into action.
• Creates presence with care, calm and clarity and has an eye for the children's perspectives.
• Takes responsibility and makes others better with professional reflection and openness to feedback.

Ready to join?

The position is 37 hours per week with start date January 1, 2027. Two hours per week are allocated for preparation and meetings. Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.
