You will become the leader of 13 specialists in feeding and climate – for both cows and calves. Together you will develop new knowledge and solutions, which are translated into better decisions and concrete results on Danish cattle farms.

This is what you will be leading

You will be responsible for setting the professional direction and leading a team of specialists where curiosity, knowledge sharing, sparring and high spirits go hand in hand. Specifically you can look forward to:

• being involved in setting the professional direction for the department's work with feeding, management, production control and testing of climate-impact measures together with dedicated specialists
• developing collaboration with other departments and subject areas in SEGES Innovation, e.g. within feed production, production economics and nature
• leading, developing and sparring with 13 highly specialized employees
• developing new solutions and digital management tools for the farming of the future
• collaborating with farmers, companies, universities and international partners
• prioritising the department's project portfolio and contributing to funding and finances
• driving projects within feeding, climate and calves.
