We are looking for 2 engaged social and health care assistants for day shifts in Home Care in Allerød Municipality. Start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

We work with the starting point of the new Elder Care Act focusing on holistic care, self-determination and professionalism.

Your daily work can therefore include

• Nursing-related tasks
• Personal care and practical assistance
• Relationships, presence and motivation
• Rehabilitative interventions
• Observations and professional documentation
• Collaboration with citizens and relatives

It's about seeing the person behind the need and supporting the individual citizen in maintaining their resources, independence and quality of life.

We also place emphasis on good cooperation with the relatives – both when it comes to daily well-being and the more practical aspects of the citizen’s life.

👋 Who are you?

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as a social- and health care assistant – or close to finishing
• Preferably has experience from home care, but it’s not a requirement
• Is responsible, empathetic and good at creating relationships
• Can work independently and thrive in a team
• Has a driving license
• Can communicate clearly in Danish – both verbally and in writing
• Is comfortable documenting your observations and your work
• Can keep an overview, even when daily life changes and the pace increases
