The children are all busy finding safety, presence and calm. They practice forming social relationships, meaningful communities and finding calm and balance in their own emotions.

It is a big task that requires you and your colleagues to be present in order to support and guide the children. With your calm, compassionate and curious approach to the child, the child can regulate their emotions and receive your help.

We have 40 kindergarten children and 25 daycare children in age-integrated groups, 0-3 years and 3-6 years-

• You will lead and inspire a group of children with engaged and independent children so there is room for everyone and differences are respected .
• We place high value on development and education , both personally and professionally. Offer several courses and presentations annually, internal and external.

What you need to know about the position

• We are looking for an educator, recent graduate or experienced for the nursery and kindergarten . It is expected that all staff will work in the nursery and the kindergarten. Annually you can indicate which department you wish to work in for the coming year.
