Driver wanted for transporting mats

Ready2Clean has for more than a decade been an established and respected provider of facility solutions to more than 3,000 customers across Denmark. The primary business areas are window cleaning, mat washing and laundry.

Details about the position as driver for mats transport (Mat Driver)

We are seeking a mat driver for our company. In the role as mat driver you will report to Camilla Jensen. Your primary tasks and responsibilities are:

• Load the van with the mats that need to be delivered. Other employees have already picked the mats so they are ready to be loaded into the van.
• Based on a driving list you deliver newly washed mats to our customers and collect the used mats. The mats may be located at one or more locations at the customer's site.
• At each stop you must register the delivery in a user-friendly IT solution.
• When all mats have been delivered to the customers you return to our location in Silkeborg where you unload the used mats. Other employees wash and tumble-dry these mats so they are ready for new customers.
• It is expected that you take care of the company vehicles and keep them roadworthy and in good condition. All workshop work is handled by an external partner.
• If there are deviations, e.g. customers having moved, doors locked, or mats not packed correctly, you should contact the nearest supervisor.

As a person you are characterized by your ability to work independently where you plan your own day, be detail-oriented/thorough, handle diversity, be flexible and eager to learn. We also value that you as an employee are easy-going and can contribute to a positive atmosphere in the company. In addition we have the following requirements for you:

• You must be able to speak and understand Danish
• You must have a category B driving license
• You must be in reasonably good physical shape as there are many stretches and lifts in the work. There are no heavy lifts.
• You must be able to operate the IT solution provided by Ready2Clean.
• We expect you to be service-oriented towards customers and likewise treat your colleagues in a correct and respectful manner.
• Experience as a driver is welcome, but not required, and you can also come from another background and industry.
