Kaløvigskolen is expanding. Therefore we in the coming period are continuously seeking engaged pedagogues for permanent positions of 35-37 hours per week.

In the first instance we are now looking for a pedagogue to start on 01.12.26

Kaløvigskolen is a special school for children with socio-emotional challenges and a need for extra support, clear frameworks and caring adults. We work relationally and academically grounded to create safe learning environments where the children can succeed.

You will be well supported on the way to becoming part of the team if you

• Value relational work highly and are an authentic and caring adult for children who have it difficult in school life
• Have empathy and a playful approach to children
• Are centered in yourself and robust in working with students with relationship difficulties

• Can work structurally while being adaptable
• Are well founded in writing
• See the value in a close and trusting collaboration with parents
• Have something you are passionate about and can initiate meaningful activities for the students
• thrive in a working style where the school part occupies a large part of the workday
