In addition, we work from the City of Kolding’s vision, self-worth and coherence – in everything you say and do. We start from the resident’s center where we are curious and ask questions to the resident before we begin thinking in professional solutions. We therefore start from the realities of the residents and let the system come to the residents – not vice versa. We listen before we ask questions.
