Are you a trained educator and would you like to work with children in a nursery or in a kindergarten, then we’re just missing you😊

You may be newly trained or have plenty of experience – but you do not need to be a world champion in the pedagogical curriculum or have the black belt in dialogic reading to be an educator in Essedalen.

You will have good and skilled colleagues who are happy to spar with you, so you can together maintain and develop the good pedagogical quality.

We develop ourselves in Essedalen in line with what the child group calls for, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary partners.

We are good at working in smaller groups and we work according to a weekly plan.

We use pictograms and time timers in everyday life, so all children get the best conditions to become part of the community.

We know that the first 1000 days are the most important in the child’s life, so we work with early preventive efforts – also in the nursery.

We are looking for

• An educated and caring educator 37 hours a week, with engagement and presence, and with the children’s learning, development and well-being in focus.
• An educator with an interest in continuing to develop an inclusive practice, and who is curious about the child’s perspective, with an affirming view of humanity
• That you can work in a planned and structured daily life, and that you contribute your good ideas and reflections.
