Pedagogues sought for Haubro Friskole and Børnehus

Do you want to be part of a nursery in growth, where nature, play, singing and community are an important part of everyday life?

We have an increasing number of children in our nursery and are looking for pedagogues from January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter. We experience strong interest in our nursery and therefore need new colleagues who want to help create secure, developmental and meaningful days for our children.

With us you will meet a nursery where relationships, care and presence are the foundation of the pedagogical work. We are a nature institution that loves being outdoors all year round. Nature is our extra learning space, where we explore, play, wonder and create communities. At the same time, singing, music and creative activities fill a large part of everyday life and contribute to the children’s well-being, joy and development.

We are a nursery in development with a focus on neuro-pedagogy, nature and play. Everyday life includes trips in the local area, creative projects, shared experiences and plenty of presence with the children.

• Are educated as a pedagog or similar.

Who are we?

Haubro Friskole og Børnehus is located in the cozy village of Haubro between Aars and Farsø, surrounded by beautiful nature and good outdoor spaces. The nursery is an integrated part of the free school, and we currently have 25 toddlers and 45 preschool children.

Our everyday life is characterized by high professional standards, strong relationships and close cooperation between home and the institution. We believe that children develop best in secure communities where both children and adults feel seen, heard and valued.

The staff consists of a committed team who help each other, develop ideas together and take on tasks in a shared manner. We value diversity and are good at bringing each other’s strengths into play.

The position is 37 hours per week. You should expect to have responsibilities in both the toddler and preschool groups and be able to help across during holidays and sick leave.
