The position is available from January 1, 2027 and is in our kindergarten. If we are a good match, there may be a possibility of permanent employment. If you are a new graduate, or will graduate in January, then do not hesitate to apply.

Sofiehaven is a well-functioning day-care center with high professionalism, stability and good collaboration throughout the house. We have a fine inspection report, and have had it for many years. It can be found on our website.

We are looking for a new colleague who can join our team and help to retain and initiate the everyday activities and learning processes. We focus on the children's well-being based on the defined learning goals in our pedagogical curriculum. Among the tools we use in our pedagogical work, these include Alle Med and KIDS. We also work with reference to our inspection report, where the focus is to strengthen the pedagogical work further and our weekly plans are based on this.

Sofiehaven is a daycare center of 18 years. We have about 100 children distributed across three toddler groups and three preschool groups. We are about 26 staff. We work closely together across the entire house.

Sofiehaven is located on the outskirts of Holbæk and we thus enjoy both forest, fjord and town!

We think it is important to follow developments in pedagogy, and regularly send employees on education, such as ICDP training, language guidance, diploma courses or other things that can contribute to our pedagogical development.
