Are you passionate about creating safe, developing, and attentive learning environments for children in either toddler or preschool? With us you don’t just get a job. We are looking for a pedagogue with experience from either a toddler group or a kindergarten, where the above is part of your professional expertise.

Børnehuset Kildespring

Børnehuset Kildespring is a large house with a toddler unit and a kindergarten in each end, each with its own playground. We are an open house, where children can also be together across groups.

In the kindergarten we can have up to 63 children distributed across three rooms. And in the toddler unit we can have 36 children distributed across three rooms. Each room typically has 3 dedicated pedagogical staff members attached. In addition, we have a kitchen lady who ensures food and joy of eating for the whole house every day.

You will become part of a house that is finding itself after an organizational split and with new management, but which is well underway in strengthening culture, direction and professionalism.

Employment as soon as possible, but we are patient and waiting for the right applicants. Employment is 37 hours per week (others can be agreed). Employment according to current collective agreement. Salary agreed according to the principles of new pay.
