Educator for Børnehuset near Storebæltsvej

One of our colleagues wants to try something new, therefore we are looking for an educator in the nursery who can start on January 1, 2027. Are you an educator student and finished by January 31, 2027, we are happy to wait for you if you are the right fit.

We are a house in rapid development and count a staff group of 20 people. We are continually trained and often evaluate our own practice in collaboration with external staff. We work with collegial sparring based on the principles of NEST and Marte Meo.

You must be able to integrate into both the large team in the house and the small team on the floor.

You must be a trained educator, able to take responsibility, participate in planning daily routines, and participate in various meetings and parent conversations.

In addition you must

• have a focus on the core task and contribute to a working environment with high social capital
• be communicative both in speech and writing
• be eager to give and receive sparring on professional questions, and you dare to reflect on your own and colleagues' practices and be curious about this
• be able to work independently with a group of children
• show joy and enthusiasm in your daily work with the children
• be able to handle a busy day in a calm way.

You must be able to attend during all our opening hours, which are from 05:45-18:00 (Friday 17:00) and in our evening care until 20:00 on days when there are children enrolled (Friday 19:00)

There will be meetings outside opening hours.
