At Børnehuset Troldebo we are looking for an engaged pedagogue of 35 hours per week, who is passionate about creating meaningful communities for children, and who would like to take on a special role in working with our upcoming school children.

The position is anchored in our kindergarten with children aged 3-6 years, where you will become an important part of the room and the daily pedagogical work. At the same time you will take responsibility for our school group and thus have a unique opportunity to put your professional imprint on an important development area.

As a pedagogue in Troldebo you will naturally be part of everyday life in the room, where presence, play, relationships and communities form the basis for our pedagogical work. In addition you will become the coordinator of our school group, which currently meets once a week. Here we are looking for a pedagogue who has experience with or a special interest in working with upcoming school children, and who wants to further develop the group’s content, activities and structure.

We want to give you the opportunity to put your own mark on the work. Therefore we are not looking for a colleague who merely should continue something existing, but a colleague who has ideas, initiative and a desire to create an inspiring and developmental school program for our oldest children.

Børnehuset Troldebo is a resource-focused offering with currently six children enrolled on resource places. At the same time we work purposefully and resource-oriented with all children and have a particular focus on children in vulnerable positions.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are according to the current agreement between Kalundborg Municipality and BUPL.

For the position, the salary for full-time employment ranges between DKK 34,400 and DKK 37,600 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Amounts are stated exclusive of pension, any local agreements, individual salary and bonuses under the collective agreement.

Kalundborg Municipality offers an attractive salary placement, where the pedagogical basic education is rewarded with 3 pay steps after a local pre-arrangement. When the centrally agreed experience after 6 years is achieved, there is a deduction of the initially allocated pay steps.
