Educator for Bruhns Gård kindergarten

About us

After one of our trusted employees chose to retire, we are seeking an educator for Bruhns Gård. Bruhns Gård is a kindergarten located on a former country estate with about 70 children distributed across three rooms. We have a large outdoor area which we use actively in daily life. Nature and outdoor life are a central part of our pedagogical practice, and we work with the changing seasons, the weather and animal husbandry – currently we have chickens and an aviary with budgies and parakeets. We also have guinea pigs, and we plan more animals in the future.

We are a relatively new staff group made up of experienced and skilled employees. Therefore we work a lot on creating good collaboration as well as the feeling of belonging and community.

We are an institution in development, where new employees have the opportunity to influence the pedagogical direction. We place high value on good relations to children, parents and partners and focus on clear communication and a good working environment. With us, pedagogy is a part of the whole day – also in routine situations, which we see as important learning environments. We are currently developing our physical learning environments and have a focus on routines and procedures in the pedagogical practice.

We are looking for an educator who

Employment terms : According to the applicable collective agreement. 37 hours per week. The position is to be filled from 1 January 2027.
