🐛 A daily life with forest floor underfoot

Imagine a workday where the office is the forest, and the day’s most important meeting might be with a worm, a fantastical troll or a child who has just overcome their fear of climbing onto a tree trunk.

With us a day can include hut building, balance on toppled trees, imaginative play and big discoveries in the forest floor.

But our work is about much more than fresh air and red cheeks.

It is about seeing each child, creating opportunities for participation for all and being the present adult who can both set direction and follow the children’s initiatives.

We believe that good pedagogy is created through presence, professional reflection and a shared responsibility for children’s well-being and development.

With us there should be room to ask questions, share observations and be curious about why we do what we do.

We work to create inclusive children's communities , where children meet with respect for their different starting points, needs and perspectives.

We see nature as a space with special opportunities to work with both body, senses, movement, language, social relations and children's independence.

For us it is important that you not only love being outdoors but also are focused on the pedagogical quality in what we do together with the children.

🌿 Practical information

Position: Educator, 30-37 hours

Start date: As soon as possible.

Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement, including Gladsaxe allowance and seniority allowance according to current rules.

We will obtain child and criminal record checks as well as references in connection with the employment.
