Educator for Lind School and SFO

A pedagogue for Lind School and SFO ”Club No.41”

We are looking for a dedicated and engaged pedagogue for Lind School's SFO2 offering, Club No. 41 and with school hours in the lower primary. This is a 30-hour position with start date 5 January 2027.

You will become part of a strong collegial community where collaboration is a large and natural part of everyday life. Here we think in terms of “WE,” because we believe that everyday life is best when we can share knowledge and develop our educational practice together.

The position is currently employed in Club No. 41 and is expected to be distributed with primary hours in the SFO and about 3-5 hours in the school part. Lind School's SFO is divided across two campuses, Lindetræets SFO for 0th and 1st grade, and Club No. 41 for 2nd–4th grade. You:

• are a trained pedagogue
• preferably have experience as a school pedagogue
• can initiate, participate in and emphasize play as a basis for developing the community
• have an interest in working with e.g. role play, outdoor life, outdoor environment or similar (please tell us exactly what you are passionate about or find interesting to contribute in leisure-time pedagogy)
• meet each child in an appreciative and positive language
• are proactive, reliable and responsible in your work
• are focused on creating strong communities among the children
• see the SFO’s activities as important contributors to the children's general education
• have strong relationship skills and are happy to bring yourself into play with the children
• are prepared to engage in constructive collaboration with colleagues and parents in the SFO and school, even when there is an “evening club” on the plan from time to time
• want and are willing to participate in the development of the SFO
• have a positive view of people, a sense of humor and a contagious mood
• maybe know a little about diabetes and can handle tasks related to it
