Educator for Pusterummet at Tune School

Tune School is an active part of the modern village and with a strong collaboration with the local associations and leisure life. It is a school where we are close to one another, close to the children and close to the families. We are enriched by a parent group that is an active part of the school.

Therefore we are seeking an educator who can work in both school and after-school care (SFO), primarily with hours in our newly created intermediary form “pusterummet” (the breathing room).

About Pusterummet and the task

Pusterummet is a school offering that we want to create participation opportunities for pupils in the early years, where school and SFO life in the large community can be challenging. Pusterummet is an offer that pupils can come to in individual lessons or selected periods, to be strengthened to re-enter the large community. It can also be here that you start a school- or SFO-day, just to land before moving into your class or into an activity.

In addition to you, another pedagogical colleague works in pusterummet.

You will become part of the school's wellbeing team, which is under development, but will come to consist of a facilitator, leadership and resource people.

You will participate in relevant meeting forums with your colleagues and in meetings about pupils as needed.

Who are you?

• Educator-trained or have corresponding pedagogical competencies, preferably with experience from work in an intermediary form or specialized offers
• Work with a resource-oriented view of children and pupil involvement in all your practice
• Have experience creating participation opportunities for all pupils in the big community
• Master how to work independently while closely collaborating with colleagues, parents, leadership team and external colleagues
• Work naturally with clear framework-setting and guidance
• Are familiar with written documentation
• Are curious to find good solutions, take responsibility and develop practice

Additional information

Tune School is a general 3-track school with about 680 pupils from 0th-9th grade, as well as a special school offering for children with, among others, ADHD.

The job is 32-37 hours/week, and employment starts on 1 January 2027

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
