Who are we?

Børnehuset Fjordvang is an integrated day care with room for 30 nursery children and 70 kindergarten children.

The nursery is located in its own cozy surroundings with its own playground and direct access to the larger play areas of the kindergarten. We are surrounded by beautiful nature with fjord, beach, forest and open fields nearby, and our two electric cargo bikes enable exciting trips out of the house year-round.

We are 23 dedicated employees who work together to create the best conditions for the children. In the nursery we work in teams with four fixed employees around each group of children and a floating function that supports both rooms as needed.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for pedagogues in day care institutions, school after-school programs, clubs, etc., between KL and PUBL. The position is classified as an educator for up to 37 hours.

Expected salary range: DKK 30,899 – 35,656 per month, excluding employer-paid pension, flexible benefits and holiday allowance. Local allowances, qualification, function and irregular allowances may apply.

The final salary determination is based on your qualifications and previous work experience after concrete negotiation with the relevant trade organization.
