In Børnehuset Kildedalen we are looking for an educator, ideally 37 hours, for our kindergarten department Favrholm.

We could write that we have fantastic surroundings, lovely children and dedicated staff. We do. But so do many others 😊😃

So let’s be honest.

Some days we go home tired. Really tired.

Some days we have children who need a little extra. Parents who are worried. Plans that need to be changed. Rain gear that won’t cooperate. And meetings that pile on top of everything else.

But…We don’t go home alone with it.

Because in Kildedalen we stand together.

We help each other when the day is challenging. We laugh a lot. We ask for help. We make space for different strengths. We celebrate the small victories and support each other through the tough days.

Who are you?

You are a trained pedagog. (educator)

You may be newly graduated. Maybe you have many years of experience. For us, it’s at least as much about the person behind it.

We are a kindergarten where play, presence and communities are the focus.

We work every day to create participation opportunities for all children and to support their well-being, development, learning and formation.

About Kildedalen and Hillerød Municipality

Børnehuset Kildedalen is part of Hillerød Municipality’s early childhood offering and consists of two houses that together form the framework for a strong professional community. Although we are spread across two sites, we are an integrated institution. The nursery we call Kildedalen (Salpetermosevej 2C) and the kindergarten we call Favrholm (Roskildevej 155).

In Hillerød Municipality we work with strong communities of children, opportunities for all children to participate and a resource-oriented view, where we are focused on what children can do, and how we together can create the best development opportunities. We believe that children develop in communities and that relationships are the foundation for well-being, learning, development and formation.

As part of our organization we are linked to area leadership and operate under the Trollesminde area.
