Unoden is seeking an educator for a maternity-leave substitute – would you like to be part of our community?

Do you have a passion you would like to put into practice, perhaps music, outdoor life, movement, creativity or something entirely different?

At Unoden we are seeking a trained educator for a 37-hour maternity-leave substitute starting on 1 January 2027. We are looking for a colleague who wants to contribute with their professional knowledge, personality and what they are passionate about.

We believe that strong communities arise when we bring our different competencies into play. With us there is therefore room for initiative, responsibility and new ideas.

About the job and us

You will be part of a committed team in the kindergarten, where we work with safety, strong relationships, good participation opportunities and shared responsibility.

Unoden is an integrated day care with about 100 children and 26 staff. We are a musical Children's House with a strong musical profile, where outdoor life, creativity and movement are a natural part of daily life. Here it is as natural to tune the guitar as to light the campfire or start play and movement on the playground.

We work from an appreciative and resource-oriented view of childhood and focus on our three Cs: Safety, Trust and Well-being.

You will primarily be assigned to the kindergarten, but may also have hours across the house when it makes sense.

Salary and employment terms

Salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Viborg Municipality uses objective and gender-neutral criteria for salary setting in accordance with the rules on equal pay for the same work or work of the same value.

Practical info

Opening hours: 06:30–16:45, Friday until 16:00

Staff meetings: Monday–Thursday from 16:30–20:00
