We move closer together

We have low sick leave and have been assessed as high pedagogical quality by supervision. We are proud of it, and it did not come by itself. It is something we have built together through shared responsibility, professional discussions and attention to both the children and each other.

As Marie Key sings: »If we move close, close together«. It fits well with the way we want to be at Kildebo. We help each other across groups and take responsibility for the whole house. Here there should be room to use one’s strengths, to be in doubt, to ask for help and to have a good laugh together.

Gladsaxe Municipality as an employer

As a newly employed pedagogue in Gladsaxe Municipality you will follow our introductory program. It helps you get started well so you can quickly thrive in your new job. We also offer ongoing coaching and internal courses that can support your work. We are a workplace that prioritizes flexibility and a good balance between work and private life, among other things by offering the possibility of a 4-day work week.

Salary and employment conditions are according to the applicable collective agreement.

As a trained pedagogue in our nurseries you receive a permanent Gladsaxe allowance as well as an seniority allowance after 2 years of uninterrupted employment.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.
