Then perhaps you are the candidate we are looking for as a new educator at Børnehuset Frøen. You will be employed at the house, and in this case the nursery is in need of a person.

We are looking for a trained educator or pedagogical assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week with start date 1/12 2026 or as soon as possible.

At Børnehuset Frøen we work with NEST as the pedagogical method, and with an inclusive view of children, where all children should feel like valuable participants in the community. We believe that children do the best they can, and that it is adults' responsibility to create safe, clear and developmental frameworks for participation, well-being and learning.

We are focused on developing strong learning environments through structure, predictability, relationship work and close collaboration between colleagues, parents and multidisciplinary partners.

We are looking for an educator who

• is trained as an educator, pedagogical assistant or equivalent.
• works affirmatively and professionally in contact with children, parents and colleagues
• has an eye for children's resources, opportunities for participation and belonging
• can work in a structured way and create clear frameworks in daily life
• actively contributes to professional reflection and development
• thrives in close collaboration with colleagues, parents and multidisciplinary partners
