Will you be our new colleague at Søndermarkskolen?

We are looking for a full-time educator for the lower primary who will be a central part of the school work and in the after-school program (SFO) in the afternoon. In the school part you will be attached as an educator around our inter-form “Slusen”, but with primary focus on individual students in the upcoming 0th and 1st grade. This will be done in close collaboration with the school's coordinator for Slusen.

In the SFO in the afternoon you will, together with your colleagues in the year group (you will be attached to the 1st year), take on the tasks involved in maintaining and further developing an exciting and developmental leisure environment for the children both within your own year group and across the building.

We wish that you are passionate about both the special education and the general education area and that you, together with your colleagues, will set clear direction for the students' development and learning.

You will become part of a team where there is close cooperation with the school's resource educators (AKT advisor) as well as teachers and educators in the 0th and 1st grade. In SFO you will need to collaborate, plan and carry out afternoon activities for the benefit of the children.

In SFO we are divided into year groups, but we also work across and you should be able to see yourself in the thinking that all children are our children.

We are happy to learn from you and would rather share than hesitate to share the knowledge and experience we have already gained.

The position is desired to be filled on January 1, 2027 or sooner if possible.

Søndermarkskolen is a 3- and 4-track primary school with a basic school for about 550 pupils from 0-6 grade. We are a normal primary school for all pupils in the district with a focus on professionalism, well-being and a good learning environment.

One of our focus areas is the well-supported learning environment, co-teaching with subject-specific collaboration and focus on teaching and differentiation that meets the pupils' diversity.

We work clearly and transparently with the learning environment of the classes, where across grades, classes and subjects we work in a unified manner with clear scaffolds for all pupils at Søndermarkskolen.

We can offer skilled and cooperative colleagues and good conditions for teaching and many varied after-school activities both inside and outside, where there is room and time for sparring and reflection.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the current collective agreement.

You will be employed on an annual basis with an average weekly working time of 37 hours.
