At Nova we are looking for dedicated educators and teaching assistants who want to become part of a strong community and an evolving institution.

Therefore we prioritise among other things fixed preparation time for both educators and teaching assistants, regular team meetings, professional development and time to reflect on our practice .

We are an integrated day-care institution with three toddler groups and three kindergarten groups, where we every day strive to create safe and inclusive learning environments with good opportunities for participation for all children.

In May 2026 we got our own bus, which has already become a natural part of everyday life in Nova. The bus provides us with even more opportunities to take the children on experiences in nature and the local community, where play, learning and community can unfold in new settings.

If you are a teaching assistant , it is not essential whether you have many years of experience. The most important is that you want to work with children, are engaged and curious and want to develop yourself and take responsibility together with your colleagues.
