Educators for Børnehuset Firkløveret - We are opening the doors again, would you like to help create a good childhood?

Are you passionate about play, presence, and strong communities? And would you like to help shape a new room in a well-established kindergarten?

In October we will open the doors to more rooms at Firkløveret Kindergarten once again, and we are therefore looking for engaged pedagogues, both those who are newly qualified and those with experience in the field.

With us you will become part of an established house with experienced colleagues, good traditions and a strong professional community. At the same time you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the room that opens again, and help create good frames for the children.

Play is our starting point

We see play as a fundamental part of children's wellbeing, development and learning. Play is not something to be fitted in between the day’s activities; it is the children's way of being in the world. Therefore we are with the children in the play. We follow their initiatives, are curious about their perspectives and create safe communities where all children feel they belong and can participate.

We continuously develop our pedagogical practice and create learning environments where children can express themselves, be curious and grow together with others.

Your professional development is important to us

In Allerød Municipality we invest in our employees because professional development strengthens both job satisfaction and the quality for the children.

As a new colleague you will be offered a competence development program with the pedagogical consultant and author Tea Thyrre Sørensen. Through three teaching modules you will gain new knowledge and concrete tools for working with, among other things, children's wellbeing, relationships, play and development. The program will be carried out together with colleagues from across the municipality and will conclude with a diploma. In addition you have the opportunity to develop yourself within guidance and professional sparring, including through a supervisor training.

You do not have to apply alone. Perhaps you already have a good colleague you enjoy working with? Or are there several of you who would like to become part of the same work community? You are very welcome to apply together, as two or more pedagogues or as a pair consisting of a pedagogue and a teaching assistant. Of course, this is not a requirement. Practical information

Firkløveret Kindergarten consists of five houses with both nurseries, preschool groups and kindergarden. opening hours: 7.00 – 17.00.

We work from Allerød Municipality’s Child and Learning View and our Coordinated Child and Youth Policy. This means that we meet children, parents and colleagues with positive expectations, a strong resource perspective and an appreciative approach.
