We are looking for two pedagogues for Gården – Daginstitutionen Buskelund .

One position is a permanent post in our kindergarten department. The other position is a parental leave cover, with a likelihood of permanent employment, in our infant department.

The positions are 37 hours per week with start on 1 December or as soon as possible thereafter.

Our common pedagogical foundation

Our core task is

“We create together with the children a daily life that supports the desire to play and learn, as well as the courage and ability to be active participants in communities.”

We work with strong local child communities, with a basis in neuropsychology and NEST principles. We are concerned with what the children call for, and how we can adjust our frameworks and practices so more children have the opportunity to succeed.

We work with visual support systems, weekly plans and shared pedagogical tools. We also have an inclusion network and a pedagogical committee that works across the houses.

The child is at the centre, but pedagogy is never the responsibility of the individual alone.

We believe in the work community

Buskelund consists of four kindergartens: Højgården, Eventyrhuset, Gården and Højen.

You get a base and a team, but we see the houses as a shared organization. We help each other across, share knowledge and competencies and take responsibility for the whole. We work in year-group teams for 0-3 years and 3-6 years and have shared traditions and collaborations across the houses.

And where the answer is professional curiosity rather than raised eyebrows. We believe that psychological safety, trust and good relationships between colleagues are a prerequisite for good pedagogy.
