Egeparken Nursing Home seeks a social and health care assistant for the evening shift

Egeparken Nursing Home is a well-functioning facility in development, and we want you to become part of our house. We are close to Egedal Station and consist of 72 apartments spread over three floors.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Takes responsibility for the basic care and residents' well-being.
• Is professionally grounded, reflective and development-oriented.
• Can think creatively and sees residents' resources rather than limitations.
• Has a flair for documentation and IT and can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Egedal municipality uses CURA.
• Can maintain an overview and work structured in a sometimes busy daily routine.
• Is capable of building relationships in contact with residents as well as their relatives and network.
• Is reliable in attendance and meets everyday life with engagement, good humor and can-do attitude.

Further information

The position is 37 hours or other by agreement (for example a 5/2 arrangement). As an evening shift you work every other weekend.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with applicable collective agreement and in line with the Ny Løn principles.
