Property Service Expert is seeking an employee with a trades background

Are you practical, good at finding solutions, and happy with a daily life of varied tasks? Then you may be our new colleague at Property Service Expert.

You will exclusively be attached to our investment properties with a total of around 5,000 tenants in the Copenhagen area. We are looking for a versatile employee who can assist our caretakers with tenant inquiries, repairs on the properties; you will therefore cover a wide range of properties on a workday.

You may have a background as a carpenter, joiner, mason, plumber, or another relevant craft trade. You can also be an experienced all-rounder with hands-on skills and broad experience with maintenance and repairs.

Your tasks will include

• Adjustment and repair of doors and windows.
• Replacement of smaller parts in toilets, for example flush mechanisms.
• Replacement of fixtures in kitchens and on bathrooms.
• Troubleshooting when there is a lack of heat on radiators and underfloor heating.
• Minor repairs of cupboards, doors, fittings and other inventory.
• Practical help and professional sparring for our caretakers.
• Follow-up on tenant inquiries and coordination with the office when a task requires further help.
• You do not necessarily need to be able to fulfil 100% of our wishes, but we expect you can solve many of the above tasks independently from the start.

Tasks are tailored to your competences, and you must be able to assess when there is a need for a specialist or authorized tradesperson.
