Students for Grundforløb 2 with subsequent Social- and Health Education training are sought in Skanderborg Municipality.

• involvement in a safe and professional learning environment where you are prioritized, and where there is structure in the education and clear agreements about the trainee program and collaboration with you.
• trained training supervisors who - together with you, your team leader and your colleagues - focus on creating a good and challenging practical training program.
• a everyday life where close collaboration with colleagues, citizens and relatives is highly prioritized.

About the training

• 20 weeks Grundforløb 2 are taken at the SOSU Østjylland department in Skanderborg.
• The main course to either SSH or SSA takes place at SOSU Østjylland's department in Skanderborg, Aarhus or Silkeborg.
• The training alternates between theory and on-the-job training.
• To start Grundforløb 2, you must apply for admission to SOSU Østjylland via www.optagelse.dk .

Before you apply you should have the following ready

• Motivated application stating whether you are applying for the social- and health helper or assistant training
• CV
• Any examination certificates
• Assessment of real competences – performed by SOSU Østjylland.
• Documentation that you have applied to SOSU Østjylland.
• If you are not a Danish citizen, you must attach your residence and work permit or the latest confirmation from the Danish Refugee, Immigration and Integration Service (Udlændingestyrelsen) on your application for residence.

All of this must be received no later than December 1, 2026.
