Employee for car rental and driving duties

• Start: As soon as possible
• Working hours: Flexible part-time position with the possibility of up to full-time

Your tasks

Your tasks will include, among others

• Issuing rental cars to customers
• Receiving and inspecting returned cars
• Checking the customer's driving license and completing the necessary transaction for rental
• Light cleaning and preparation of cars, including sweeping and possibly driving through the car wash
• Ensuring that the cars appear neat and ready for the next customer
• Handling deliveries and returns, also with short notice
• Delivery of loaner cars to customers
• Collection of customers' commercial vehicles to the workshop
• Driving passenger cars and vans to and from service
• Return and exchange of cars when the customer's car is ready

Requirements and competencies

We envisage that you have the following qualifications

• Have a valid B driver's license and be comfortable driving different passenger cars and vans
• Proficient in Danish, written and spoken
• Customer-service oriented and presentable in contact with customers
• Have good sense of order and sound judgment
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Flexible regarding working hours and tasks with short notice
• Has a stable work history
• Punctual and keeps commitments
• Can keep an overview of deliveries, returns and preparation
• A criminal record certificate must be able to be shown
