Employee for Tool Preparation

Are you structured, tech-savvy, and take pride in delivering good service to your colleagues? Then you might be the person we are looking for for our tool preparation team!

You will become a part of a modern manufacturing company, where quality, on-time delivery, collaboration and continuous improvements are keywords. In this role, you will be an important link in our production. Your primary task will be to ensure that our machines and operators always have the right tools ready in the correct quality and on time. Everyday life is characterized by fixed processes, technical precision and close dialogue with the rest of the house.

You will join a small, dedicated team where we help each other, take responsibility and work purposefully to create good results.

Your role and primary tasks with us

• Tool preparation: Setup and assembly of cutting tools for production.
• Measurement: Precise measurement and recording of tools in our Zoller measuring machine.
• Tool Management: Purchasing & Inventory management of tools and ordering of new items in accordance with our defined processes in our Tool Management system.
• Data & Documentation: Maintenance of data in our systems with a strong focus on data quality and correct registration.

We are looking for a colleague who

• is service-minded: You meet your colleagues with a smile and are happy to engage in constructive dialogue with the employees who need your help or expertise.
• has good IT skills: You understand the importance of good data discipline, and being an active contributor to keeping the systems up to date.
• is structured: You work systematically and follow the processes and agreements laid out for the area.
• has the following experience: It is an advantage if you are trained as an industrial technician and have knowledge of the metal industry, cutting tools and have experience with Zoller measurements, but the most important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
• is a good colleague , who contributes positively to collaboration and takes ownership of the quality of your work.
