Employee wanted for customer service center

On behalf of Bandagist-Centret we are currently seeking a capable employee for their Customer Center for a Try & Hire program with start as soon as possible.

You will have the opportunity to become part of a professionally skilled team in an established international group with a long tenure, where there is potential for good professional development in an informal atmosphere.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Phone handling, incoming and outgoing calls
• Administrative tasks, including creating customers, booking appointments, and handling authorizations
• Daily assistance to the clinicians
• Contact with municipalities and hospitals
• Various ad hoc reception tasks

You will be part of a team of six employees in total, spread over several locations, where you will normally sit with four colleagues at the office in Risskov.

You will have a broad exposure, but with a focus on guiding and processing customers by phone. Your day-to-day will be a good mix of urgent tasks and more routine tasks.

Qualifications and competencies

We are looking for you who have experience with telephone handling, ideally combined with administrative tasks, and who thrives in this. In addition we emphasize that:

• You like talking on the phone, as you will receive many calls in a day
• You are outgoing by nature and possess a strong sense of service
• You thrive in working closely with others in a team and have good collaboration skills
• You are structured and engaged in your work

You are a person who wants to make a difference for others, both internally and towards customers. You are empathetic in your approach to others, but also able to prioritise your own time.

You must be proactive and able to respond when required.

You will initially be employed as a temporary worker at Temp-Team A/S, but with a view to direct employment at Bandagist-Centret in due course.

You are offered 37 hours per week, with working hours Monday-Wednesday 08:00 – 16:00, Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 and Friday 08:00 – 15:00.
