About the job

Would you like to be part of a fantastic team consisting of 17 employees with diverse professional backgrounds, have a central role with a high degree of autonomy and professional responsibility, and at the same time work closely across an organization with more than 350 employees?

In the Danish Patient Complaints Authority we are seeking an experienced personnel lawyer who is motivated by translating law into practice and advising leaders on personnel law issues. You will have a key function and become the professional driving force in the authority for the personnel-law area.

We offer

With us you will have a role with significant professional influence and substantial responsibility in the personnel-law area, as well as the opportunity to work closely with management.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary environment with dedicated colleagues, high professionalism and a culture characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual sparring.

We emphasize trust, independence and flexibility, and you will have good opportunities for both professional development and to put your own mark on the tasks.

With us you get good frameworks for competence development and flexible working conditions that ensure a good balance between work and private life. This includes, among other things, the possibility of remote workdays, flexible meeting/work hours and a focus on independently arranging everyday life.

  • Can formulate clear recommendations and back them up with decisions
  • Value collaboration and trustworthy relationships highly
  • Are independent, responsible and take initiative in a changing everyday life
  • Have a positive attitude and seek solutions
  • Are motivated by collaborating with other professional areas than your own
