About the position

As daily manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, including ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, as well as managing workflows and the team. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to maintain an overview – even when things are busy.

We are looking for you who

• Have solid experience in leading a professional kitchen.
• Have a good understanding of operations, ordering, self-checks and staffing planning.
• It is a huge bonus if you have in-depth experience with and knowledge of Turkish cuisine and its authentic flavors and traditions.
• Are structured, quality-conscious and a good initiator who takes the lead in the evenings as well.

Practical information

Working hours: Typically every day of the week in the time frame 10:00 – 20:00.

Salary: Fixed according to qualifications.
