We are seeking a Kitchen Manager - is that you? As the kitchen manager you are responsible for ensuring that we deliver top-quality food to our guests every day. In addition, you take care of and develop your staff, quality-check procedures, workflows and the concept as a whole. In short, the kitchen is yours.

We expect you to

• Ensure good guest experiences and ensure satisfied and engaged employees
• Meet cost and earnings budgets
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on the guest and the concept
• Have good communication skills and abilities in staff development
• Take pride in your professional work and follow through on tasks
• Can and want to participate in the kitchen's shift planning
• Are pragmatic and structured in your approach
• Have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Have an understanding of the industry as well as general IT and systems

Your overall responsibility will be to

• Ensure that good guest experiences are delivered, every time
• Care for and develop your employees
• Quality assure the concept and the restaurant as a whole
• Achieve and meet earnings and cost budgets
• Ensure that procedures and workflows are optimal
• Handle daily operations tasks such as shift planning, supplier contact and maintenance
