Experienced chef for a sushi kitchen

We are seeking a cook for our restaurant in Vejle. Experience in sushi restaurants or catering would be a plus.

About your qualifications

• You have skills within Asian cuisine
• You have experience working in a busy kitchen and the ability to handle stressful situations
• You are independent and have plenty of team spirit, and you should of course be stable and engaged in your work
• You can communicate fluently in Danish, English, or Chinese
• You bring a good mood to work, and can keep an overview - even when things get tight

It is important that you can work independently, and under pressure. Your daily tasks include, among others, collaborating with kitchen staff, ordering and receiving goods and follow-up, preparing hot meals and supervising takeaway orders and guests' meals in the restaurant.
Your working hours are between 12-21 and will be distributed via a shift plan. This is a full-time job.

In the kitchen, several different nationalities work, and the restaurant staff are predominantly Danish.

When you start, you will receive thorough training, and we ensure that you continuously receive leadership training so you become even better at running and developing the kitchen.
