Experienced warehouse worker with ERP experience sought for company in Lunderskov

FIRMAVIKAR is seeking an experienced and independent warehouse worker for an industrial company in Lunderskov. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment through Try & Hire.

Do you have solid experience with warehouse work, receipt of goods, and dispatch? Are you structured, quality-conscious, and used to working with ERP systems? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

On behalf of our client, we are searching for a skilled warehouse worker who can help ensure efficient and well-functioning warehouse operations.

You will have a varied daily routine, working with the practical handling of goods and with registrations in the company’s ERP system. It is therefore important that you have experience from a similar position and can work independently.

Your primary duties

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Checking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Registration of goods receipt and warehouse movements in the ERP system
• Picking and packing of goods, components and spare parts
• Packing and preparing finished machines and products for dispatch
• Inspection of shipments as well as preparation of labels and shipping documents
• Preparation of goods for pickup and transport
• Warehouse counting and control of stock
• Ensuring order, structure and tidiness in the warehouse
• Ongoing coordination with production and other departments

We expect that you

• Have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience with warehouse work
• Have experience with goods receipt, pick/pack and dispatch
• Have worked with ERP systems and are used to digital warehouse registrations
• Have a forklift certificate
• Have good IT skills, including basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Have good Danish skills, both spoken and written
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are structured, thorough and quality-conscious
• Are reliable, flexible and have a positive approach to work

Experience from a production, machine or industrial company will be a clear advantage.

Knowledge of Monitor ERP is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important is that you have previously worked with ERP-based warehouse processes and can quickly adapt to new systems.

Warehouse training is an advantage, but relevant practical experience is weighted highly.
