We are seeking an Operations Engineer for our Netcompany Operations with solid skills in Linux.

Responsibilities and technologies

Netcompany Operations is an established operations organization that handles everything from society- and business-critical application operation to handling of infrastructure in two state-of-the-art data centers and in public cloud. There is great diversity in our clients, ranging from smaller private companies to large public projects. We work with operations based on a vision to make a difference for our clients' business. You will become part of a team that focuses on optimization and application operations of large and complex Enterprise Linux solutions. You will be given a lot of responsibility and influence from day one, and you will play a central role in establishing and optimizing current and future solutions while you have direct contact with our customers .

As an experienced Operations Engineer your responsibilities will include

• Establishment of environments and applications based on Linux
• Quality assurance, optimization and automation on environments and applications
• Participation in ongoing operations projects, such as larger onboarding and transition projects
• Prioritization and follow-up on customer inquiries within own area

About you

As a person you are structured, thorough and responsible. You take full ownership of your tasks, are service-minded and understand the importance of supporting the business positively and constructively. In other words, you are interested in making a difference.

We imagine that you

• Are a diploma engineer, bachelor, master, or have a similar qualification level in IT.
• Have a couple of years of experience in a similar role.
• Are motivated by delivering optimal business- and society-critical solutions.

Regardless of the above, you are encouraged to apply if you have other relevant educational background and/or professional experiences from a similar role.

It is a prerequisite for employment that you can obtain and maintain PET security clearance.
