  • Strengthen the quality of care pathway plans in cooperation with clinical departments and municipalities
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and cross-cutting development processes
  • Develop coherent patient pathways across hospital, municipalities and general practice
  • Contribute to management support and other operational and development tasks

You will have a broad contact surface and will collaborate with both clinical management, staff, municipal partners and general practice.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a health professional education, preferably as a nurse, and a relevant master's degree, e.g., cand.cur., MPH or cand.scient.san.
  • Has experience with quality and development work in hospital
  • Has experience with cross-sector collaboration
  • Is analytically strong and can create an overview of complex issues
  • Has experience with project management and coordination of cross-cutting initiatives
  • Is good at communicating both in writing and orally

We attach particular weight to the fact that you

  • Have experience from clinical practice and an understanding of the conditions under which staff and leaders work
  • Are a strong facilitator who can bring together different professional disciplines and create momentum in processes
  • Work independently, structured and follow up tasks to the letter
  • Have good collaboration skills and can navigate in a complex organization with many stakeholders
  • Thrive at the intersection of operations, development and implementation
