In Herning-Ikast, you will be part of a team of 10 dedicated colleagues in both the private and business areas. We have close collaboration, good humor, and a shared ambition to create great customer experiences.

The department has experienced growth and high customer satisfaction in recent years. We want to continue this development and therefore we are looking for another business banking manager. We operate from our two locations in Herning and Ikast. This keeps us present in the entire area and gives us a strong local foothold. Although we have two addresses, we work as one cohesive team because we believe that together we can achieve more.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• advise business customers based on their business, ambitions, and needs
• develop relationships with customers in your existing portfolio
• be proactive and proactive in reaching out to both current and potential customers
• actively participate in business networks and build new relationships in the Herning- and Ikast-area
• work closely with colleagues in both the business and private sectors.

You are curious about people and business

You have a strong banking professional understanding and experience with advising business customers. The most important thing is not necessarily your current title, but that you have the professional ballast and motivation needed to take responsibility for a customer portfolio. You thrive on being proactive and on creating relationships that endure over time. You are curious about your customers’ business and good at translating their opportunities and challenges into relevant advice.
