Private Customer Advisor in Viby

We are seeking a private client advisor for our department in Viby in the southern Aarhus. The department is centrally located on the town square, and has a large and attractive market area, covering both city and rural. The department is in positive development with good customer intake and clear ambitions for continued growth, which you will have the opportunity to contribute to.

About the department and the team in Viby

You will become part of a team of ten advisory colleagues and a local customer assistant. The customer assistants are part of support in East Jutland, which has customer assistants distributed in all regions' departments.

The tone in the team is easy, informal and characterized by wanting to help each other. With us you will experience good energy and high spirits, while we place emphasis on professionalism and sparring. Well-being is a top priority, and we all contribute to it. If you come by car, there is free parking.

We have an exciting and varied everyday life, where we welcome many new customers and have good relations with our existing customers.

Mybanker has just named Sparekassen Danmark the Best Bank including Aarhus, and specifically the department in Viby. The award is based, among other things, on customers' choice of bank, speed and quality in handling inquiries, the ability to attract new customers as well as feedback from both customers and Mybanker's employees.

Short about the job

We have a broad and exciting customer base, so there are good opportunities either to work with existing customers, create new customer relationships, or combine the two parts. The position can be tailored to your wishes and experience.

Customers should be able to feel your interest in their lives and finances, and you must be able to advise across all business areas - i.e. housing, pension and investment.

Our skilled customer assistants solve a wide range of administrative tasks and will be a good help and support for you as a advisor.

We expect you to contribute with commitment, initiative and good ideas. The department's results depend on us working proactively with both new and existing customers.
