Nutrition Assistant

About the position

We are seeking a nutrition assistant for 37 hours per week for our cold production. Working hours are primarily between 06:00 and 13:54, and you will join a weekend duty every 3 weekends.

You will become part of a professionally strong team where quality, patient safety and nutrition are central elements in everyday life. You will, among other things, work with the preparation of meals for patients with special nutritional needs and different diets.

Your tasks will include

• Production and plating of cold dishes
• Preparation of therapeutic diets and special diets
• Packaging and preparation of patient meals
• Quality assurance of the production
• Adherence to hygiene and self-control procedures
• Contribute to the daily operation and development of the kitchen

The work takes place in a busy production kitchen where we help each other and pull together.

Salary and employment terms

Employment as a nutrition assistant takes place under the Agreement for Non-Managerial Staff in the Health Cartel area 32.17.1.
