Nutrition Assistant or other dietetic staff member for the Central Kitchen

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nutrition assistant or other diet-related staff member for our brand-new and state-of-the-art production kitchen in Thisted. Here we produce daily approx. 600 hot and cold meals for the care and social centres in Thisted Municipality, and our main task is to ensure good, tasty and nutritionally correct food for our residents.

We place great emphasis on high professionalism, joy of food and collaboration, and we therefore seek a colleague who both appreciates traditional kitchen craftsmanship and can use modern tools and methods in daily work. Production takes place among large pots and up-to-date production equipment, which means you become an important part of the process and come very close to the preparation of the food.

• That you have a relevant diet-related education (nutrition assistant, gastronome, cater or similar).

• That you are ready to produce according to professional and standardized recipes as well as follow our procedures and standards.

• As a rule, the work week is arranged Monday to Friday between 6:30 and 14:00.
