Would you like to be a nutritional professional in a kitchen where improving the quality of food for the residents is the driving force behind your work!

In the kitchens in Area West we have a strong focus on making homemade food of high quality, where ecology, sustainability and food waste play a central role.

We work with the development of a consolidated menu planning for the kitchens in Area West, where residents with needs for modified textures are also considered.

We dream that you will help to further develop this concept.

The position is 37 hours per week. Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 14:30.

Weekend shift, every 12th weekend from 6:30 to 14:00.

Area VEST consists of 5 cafes: Terneparken, Fårup Elderly Care Centre, Kildevang, Kollektivhuset and Borupvænget.

All are receiving kitchens that receive food from Madservice Kronjylland. In the cafes, open-faced sandwiches, sandwiches, hot dishes, bread, cakes and other baked goods are produced. All of this for housing units as well as for sale in the cafe.

We are looking for a colleague who

• is a nutrition assistant or has another relevant nutrition-related education
• is professionally skilled and quality-conscious
• has a structured and systematic approach to work
• can participate in the work with joint menu planning for the entire Area VEST
• has good knowledge of and experience with modified consistencies
• wants to work in the kitchen at several centres
• is responsible, outgoing and proactive
• has a good mood and a positive attitude
• masters relevant IT competencies such as Word, Excel, Outlook
